The Lagenda Tasek complex includes 286 units ranging in size from 708 to 1,241 square feet in downtown Johor Bahru near the Larkin bus terminal. Located along the major road of Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, opposite the Taman Tasek neighbourhood, the development offers swift access to the JB city center, to Singapore Causeway via Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, and to Tuas via Jalan Skudai.

The condo is located 10-20 minutes from the causeway to Singapore. With only 286 units it can be difficult to find an agent with a unit to show. As with other condos that are small your best option is to look on the popular rental web sites for apartments in Johor Bahru and contact the agents with listings. You can also contact the management office of the condo, they will often know of some units that are available for rent.

The condo was built in 2009 and is aimed at the luxury market. It offers an infinity pool, children wading pool, sauna and jacuzzi, gymnasium, BBQ pit, nursery, multi-purpose hall, laundrette service, safeteria and 24 hour multi-tier security system.

Rents range between RM 1,500 and RM 2,500 a month.
